@ArkxAngel, it will 100% work for 1.13 (Prevous game version). I'm working on an update in the background, that ports the current, and a lot of new additions for use in 1.14. (Progress is slowed down due to IRL work, but I hope to have it finished soon). If you currently experience issues in 1.14, please sumbit the error.log messages related to this mod. I'll happily assist if needed.

@FrostyRex, Yes I've returned to the modding scene recently. I'm currently working on my new mod, Umbravarnir machine species. I plan on porting a lot of its new functionalities over to this mod, to add a lot more features.

i hated in lore they changed the species name to precursors so bloody generic great mod btw and thank you for keeping the original name :steamthumbsup:

But Architects in Subnautica weren't a Gestalt Species? They didn't understand what Arts were because they were focused on science research, and that was understood as our arts, they have some individuality, but they can speak and think each other in any time.

Quick question. The Architects in Subnautica were (according to Al An) more of a Gestalt Conciousness than a normal species. Why did you go for the non-gestalt approach?

I think you should tone the vibrancy and sharpness of the portraits down a bit to match better with the stellaris art.

@General Tennobi, I’m aiming to make it NSC compatible. I also like NSC so making it compatible or a separate version for it makes sense. I’ll have to look into ship modding first, once I have time again in roughly 3 weeks I’m starting on V3.

@Gameboicookie99 Currently there is no event chain *yet*. I'll be very busy with work for the upcoming couple of weeks, after that I'll be planning on making and releasing V3.0. This should also include an event chain that further expands and refers to the Subnautica lore, including Kharaa. Depending on how long it takes, V3.0 could potentially see some long term plan features as well. :)

@Rykerth, not when creating the empire. Once you progress and research gene modding, a custom technology will shop up which adds more trait points and picks.

I mean.. below zero wasn't THAT bad. It's not gonna live up to the first game because it's a sequel, and the story is different. The story definitely wan't as good as the first game, but it wasn't god awful. I enjoyed playing the game.

Talking about Subnautica Below Zero is like talking about the holocaust; you don't do it. The sequel is terrible, the only good things it did was bringing in the cut content from the main game and a vast array of new building stuff. But other than that, it sucked and no one likes it.

@pescadomi My aim is to have the players start with an Origin set after the Kharaa disease spread. The lore I have in mind places you in the position of a small group of survivors at the start of the game that managed to overcome it and are now to rebuild. I have multiple custom events in mind that would build upon it, I do however intend to leave it up to the player themselves to decide what they do with their empire.
