@Sarv9208 It's likely that you don't have enough carbs, lipids, or proteins. It's actually very difficult to have positive values in these areas. I'll update the mod to make it easier.

I have tried many ways, with full food, half food, without eating, with hunger, very hungry, not hungry yet, with wounds, without wounds, without wounds but with veins, with clothes, without clothes, but nothing, it simply does nothing.

Not gonna lie this mod stopped working for me for some reason. I can't get the option to show up on any context menus and I've tried on various buckets including spawning from debug. It wont even work as standalone so it isnt a mod conflict either. I'm genuinely so confused and this lowkey is one of the best and most balanced of the three mega milk mods out there.
