Teutonia is bugged, the mission(s) Dragon's layer & The Duscia that could don't work exactly properly. They work, as it would back prior to Pruthia being split into Teutonia & Swardia as the change log says. BUT the bugged part in this case is that the missions don't make them a confederate duchie of you if you're playing as Teutonia (in my case I just like the name more and picked them. I immediately allied Swardia because it was the logical thing todo)

I noticed this immediately when completing Dragon's layer and noticed that my previous ally was not my subject. Luckily, I had backups.

Over all great mod, its a blast playing and just kinda witnessing to mild insanity that it is.
