Right now he seems weak. His frames are miserable and he doesn't do much damage. I think if he had some frame buffs he'd be fine.

i played around with the combo scaling but i'll probably end up just giving it to almost everything, as for the guard breaks i'll look into some nerfs, I'd rather have him be strong then weak in this incomplete state however so it might not change until deva stance is complete.

Why isn't he affected by combo scaling and why can't his guard breaks be parried? If those aren't changed he'll just stay op.

devmax77 high kick may have a slight vertical knockback that causes the opponent to have options in 1/2frames ill fix that when i update next

the high kick, despite having + frames, sometimes makes the opponent still be able to attack back? im new to yomi so idk how it works but i dont think that should be happening?

The reversed knockback moves with huge hitboxes make infinite combos way too easy. Either make each of those specials once per combo, nerf their hitstun and startup heavily, or make them supers (my favorite solution). Could be balanced if the specials are fixed/nerfed.
