Are you using Dynamic Settlements, or something like that? Try not loading that mod.

Is there any way to respawn the OVN version of settlements once they have lost their new visuals due to being taken over by another faction? It always feels like a scramble to "save" unique settlements before their unique look is destroyed by rampaging AI factions...

im playing with this mod and SFO and it seems to work so idk. i do encounter invisible cities at lvl 5 or with walls. perhaps its related. not on every cites tho.

Yes several people have reported similar issues. To my knowledge so far the modders have not said anything as to if they are working on a fix for that,

Cant launch a campaign with oxyotl with the mod on since last patch, this is the only mod i had activated, with mixu's unlocker and mct, and that's all.

when i activate the mod with mixu unlocker and add mixu legendary lords mod the legendary lords do not appear in the campaign and campaign battles in the game it is as if the legendary lords mod is deactivated even if it is active this problem only occurs with OvN Lost World among the mods i have activated

I think this mod might have an issue with Tier 4 Minor Settlements, all the missing settlement skins in my campaign seem to be minor settlements, unless I use dynamic settlement replacer, then it somewhat corrects this, for instance, when I have Dynamic Settlements on, Mousillon is fine, but Pfeildorf is a standard city (maybe because I'm using Solland faction mod) but when I turn Dynamic Settlements off, Pfeildorf is working, but basically all minor settlements are default, even the Southern Realm Minor Settlements revert back to Empire settlements.

Without Dynamic Settlements, I also notice that Mousillon is a standard Bretonian settlement.

So Tier 4 Minor Settlements seems to be breaking the Minor Settlements, While Dynamic Settlements helps fix some of the Minor Settlements, while potentially breaking Major Settlements, especially if taken by force, even as the Empire.

The texture of the "challenge stone" settlement disappears during the company, it seems to me due to the increase in the city level, but I'm not sure

Have patience and they will get to updating the mod when they can. There are several mods having issues after the latest hotfix (6.1.4).

Another issue with Karak Vrag in the the Gash Kadrak province. Same issue with the Challenge Stone settlement, you can't see armies in that are placed in the settlement.

I noticed a glitch with The Challenge Stones settlement in the Chimera Plateau province. I know at the beginning of any campaign near that province, The Challenge Stones look fine, but I think when the AI upgrades the settlement, it bugs out. You can't even see if there's an army placed in the settlement. I took a pic

beautiful mod but I'm having trouble on my first turn on faction number 56 (which is Reikland) it keeps crashing and taking me completely out the game only on that faction too and when i play reikland the game works fine so. Also the only other mods I have installed are map mods and Radious so it shouldn't conflict with those mods going by the description

Turn 140 SFO+ IEE , now finds out its "incompatible" ,only issue ive had is F's flying fortress go invisible at T3 and silver pinnacle but majority worked,

Is it possible to separate the lore descriptions from useful UI elements? It took years for Creative Assembly to finally let us see what resource buildings will provide us by hovering over them, but with this mod enabled that tooltip is overridden. So this mod actively makes the experience of playing the campaign worse by removing a QoL feature.

I'd hope this is unintentional and would very much like to see it addressed, because the mod sounds cool.

Can you explain to me why this mod doesn't work with SFO? I've used this mod with SFO and haven't had any issues. It would be nice if I knew in which area it's causing the problem.
