Report a translation problem
I found a small issue where when you equip the Sword as General's bodyguard equipment, the texture of one of the swords used by unique characters (specifically by Hector, Priam and Paris) will be stretched/messed up.
Unfortunately, you are using one animation in multiple scenes.
I couldn't use vanilla animations in certain scenes because I use the same animation for diplomacy, characters, etc.

Since it does not modify Start_pos, it is compatible with most mods.
However, some mods may cause weapons to appear black and transparent in some cases.
Wait, if it's a hand gesture issue and not a weapon disappearing or anything like that, please don't report it.
I too was working with an existing animation that was imported and tried to fix it, but failed.
I don't know the names for every item, but Amenmesse doesn't grip his shield properly, and many characters don't grip their spears properly either
You say that weapons and shields float, can you please tell me the exact weapons and armor and the model where this happens?
(Example: Hittite medium armor bow)
확인해보니 저 모드에서 무기가 rigid_model_v2을 쓰고 있어서 발생하는 문제네요.
파라오에서 rigid_model_v2모델을 쓰고 있으면 초상화 창에서 모델이 투명해지거나 검은색으로 나오는 문제가 있습니다.
저 모더가 무기와 창을 wsmodel로 변경해주거나 아니면 rpfm를 사용하실 수 있으시다면
모드의 팩파일을 수정해서 무기와 방패같은 부분을 수정해 줘야할 것 같습니다.
이 모드랑 충돌이 나는 부분이 있을까요? 헥토르 창이 안보여서요....확인해주시면 감사하겠습니다.
Sorry for seeing this so late.
I used Asset Editor 0.47 and only used the default presets.
The issue with not being able to create wsmodels was a bug and an issue with older versions (prior to 0.45).
Sorry for the late response, but hopefully this resolved it.

I also just noticed that if you equip a bow while wearing a chariot, the bow disappears.
I couldn't check it because I didn't get the chariot until now, but now that I have, I checked the file and it seems to be a DB issue.
If anyone other than Priam has similar issues, please report them.

I'm trying to analyze the cause of the problem.
It's estimated to take a long time.
Changing the animation of the General with the bow was a positive feedback and I've changed the animation to change it to reflect that.
It now uses the animation of Ramses III.
As for Agamemnon, I'm going to take some time to change his animation.
We feel that his animation is a good representation of his arrogant personality, but too many generals feel that using Sarpedon's animation is not a good idea to change, so we plan to use Amenmeses' animation if we do change it in the future.
The Assyrian leader's bow and hand clips quite severely in the porthole image, do you know if that could be fixed? Other bow wielders like Ramesses have it much better so I was wondering if the animation could be swapped to something like that. Likewise, for Paris of Troy. Not the biggest deal but would be great if something could be done.
The second thing is personal preference but I was wondering if Agamemnon's club + shield animation could be swapped to Merneptah's? That way he isn't staring upwards off into the distance. Again, not the biggest deal but wanted to bring it to your attention. Thanks!
I've checked and it doesn't seem to be an issue with my mod.
I suspect it's because the dynasties are low stable right now.

What about missing models in the current version?
If there is a missing model, it would be helpful if you could list the weapon (or shield) and culture (or character) to help us fix it.
What are the missing weapons type and faction cultures?
Unfortunately, I don't know how to adjust that.
Just changing the animation is the best I can do.
It's in the mod description, but I'm aware of the issue.

No, this mod changes the porthole standing animation.
It happens when you use rigid_model_v2 instead of wsmodel in the vmd. mostly on spears and sea people's shields.
need to change them to wsmodel and it will visible.
My plan is to fix and update the vmd within this week.
