@chrissant Try the Exapanded Family-Trees Radious compatibility submod. From its description "In case you do not want to use the radious mod, this may also work as a 12 building slot submod for Expanded family trees."

@Chrissant I'm afraid it's not possible. There's no way to create a compatibility mod between two start_pos mods. Unfortunately you'll have to chose between more building slots or expanded family tree.

Hey Euridamo, I noticed that due to the start_pos edits of your popular building slot expansion mods, it doesn't work together with the very popular expanded family tree mod. Would it be possible to create a compatibility mod of some kind?

@skstephens2 You need rusted pack file manager (RPFM) to edit database tables and Assembly Kit to edit the start_pos file.

Which editor in the creation kit was this made on? This is my favorite mod so far and I’d love to experiment with building types and making minor settlements have more building slots etc

Awesome! Could you please also make a version that has 2 extra slots for each of the minor settlements (so 6 slots total), and 8 or 10 slots for the main settlement (to make everything fit on the screen)?

I just realized that for some reason, this mod, both in its English and Spanish versions, is incompatible with the mod '14 building slots for main settlements'. Other than that, it works perfectly, thank you very much!

Sorry pals, but CA goofed up the Assembly Kit and it didn't compiled victory conditions, therefore they updated it a couple of days ago and I could update my mod too, now it works corectly, but older savegames are useless.
You'll have to start again like I did. I had a Seti campaign for about 86 turns and a Ramesses one of 215 turns, all of them using my mod without knowing why I wasn't able to achieve victories. Now it works, but my campaigns are also into the trash.
I suggest you to wait until they release a huge patch soon bejore starting new campaigns, even now that my mod works again. They will probably release a patch and will corrupt savegames again, this is my opinion.

I think this mod brakes the voctroty point archievement.. it seems even if i have the point i get none of the victories triggering at all

You can check through RPFM if it has imported correctly, by opening your mod file and going to startpos.esf and clicking through campaign_startpos -> campaign_preopen_map_info. There should be a subheading there titled victory_mission_options with lots of smaller subheadings, otherwise it hasn't parsed and incorporated correctly.

It's strange. When you are on BOb to compile both files (start_pos and victory_conditions) and you select them, the program only creates the start_pos file, without the victory_conditions. I don't know if they fixed it but, certainly, the victory_conditions file didn't appear in the last version of AK, so I assume it's OK now.

Hello, the mod is updated and compiled again.
BUT, apparently the assembly kit doesn't compile victory conditions. So I don't know if it doesn't matter.
Rdious, check it out in your computer to see if it let you compile the start_pos with or without the victory_conditions file.
I don't know if it's neccessary to get both in order to get it done.

Good day Sir,

CA released today new version of Ak (modding tool) where they fixed critical error which happened when compiling edited startpos file. New version no longer breaks Victory Conditions.

To get fixed version for your mod simply recreate your startpos in todays updated Asembly Kit.

Is there any interest/plan to make a version that gives Special settlements (Babylon, Alexandria,Troy, Thebes f.e. ) even 16 slots? / some less important main settlements only 12 slots while keeping 14 for the rest?

just curious :-).... there was one that did this but it was nade with pfm and had its issues.

The gardens start to build as intended, with the foundations showing on the campaign map. Clicking the 'view on the map' buttons zooms the camera to their correct outposts. It looks like you indeed have fixed the problem.

@Evergame Studios no, as long as I know. Minor settlements cannot be edited with the assembly kit. Also, 16 for majors is too much, as some buildings are useless and you would probably never build them.
Also I am aware that this mod, for unknown reasons, causes a bug with Keops legacy. I don't know how to fix it. I only edited regions table in the start_pos and one table in db. Until I realize what's worng you have to choose: use this mod and have more building slots or disble it in order to play Keops legacy.

Going to echo what others have commented: this mod is unfortunately not compatible with the in-game "Khufu the Builder" legacy.

None of the monuments can be seen or interacted with on the map. When you click them from the UI it drags the camera to the bottom left of the campaign map (where there is nothing). The garrison mechanic is completely broken.

I also noticed that if I use this mod, and choose the Khufu the Builder legacy, the great monuments no longer show in the campaign map, you can still build them, but you cannot see them, nor swap garrisons for them. Not sure if the effects of completing the monuments apply though.

I tested as troy, and another culture province was working, and i conquered another capital as hanigalbat which was from same enemy culture (hatti) and its working here too, so i guess its bugged on some capitals or only on IRRIDU.
