Try to launch the game with a single mod. Yeah, each song has its title shown at the beginning of a race.

Hello Dmitri, I have subscribed to this and Flatout updated but none of the songs listed ever play. I have been playing it for some time now. Do I need to do something for them to work, does the song title show at the beginning of a race like the official soundtrack?
