@camozol - im planning to send out an update for all the houses at the same time that include various bug fixes & content additions (basement shadow issue included)..
planning for it to come out shortly before the completed neighborhood (hopefully end of month/early September).
@klima85 - 2 of the houses will include a plane of water (15 & 22 oak) for their pools. other than that, I don't intend to add additional planes of water. There is a flood mod though that doesn't require water... I don't recall the name off-hand, but i have tested it on the map & it works fine.
Now that this project is getting close to completion, i do have some ideas for future maps, but nothing set in stone.
@TheSpecial - The bicycle isn't a mod, but something I built specifically for Oak Street (there are 3 houses so-far that include the bicycle).
@Sterls- i do not anticipate adding ragdolls. The full release is quite large/demanding & ragdolls make things laggy.
With that said, there are tools on the workshop that make it easy for anyone to place ragdolls if they want them.
Each house tends to take approximately a month to build, so I'm anticipating end of September. With that said, I have a lot of personal obligations in august/september/october that may slow my progress. I'm still aiming for end of september, but that date may slip.
@melon_pult - Thanks for the heads up! I was trying to figure out a way to move the shadow box down, but it looks like I need to move the map up.
@leroy20151265 - I post screenshots of it's progress occasionally. You can view the screenshots on my profile.
@pumpkin7412 - Lol love the idea!
Assuming your question is not associated with the lore, unfortunately, these 3 houses were never actually planned due to modeling constraints on my end. I wanted to keep the houses fairly modular, so they all have the same lot size. at the same time, I also wanted to keep the numbering consistent (ex, 28 oak was across the street from 27 oak).
To accommodate the 90 degree bend in the road, while also meeting those 2 constraints, the odd side needed to be significantly compressed, hence there being 3 missing houses.
I dont anticipate such a function making it into the initial release, but i already have some features slated to be added as a future update & will likely look into adding it there.
@okthen - Not yet unfortunately.
Currently 10 houses & the gas station are complete with 7 of those 10 released to the workshop.
Each house takes about a month to build, so im anticipating approximately 2 more month till the full release. With that said, dont be surprised if that date slips a bit as i have some personal obligations that are making the next few months very busy.
@sterls - as far as populated, do you mean with ragdolls? If so, the answer is no. I dont intend to place ragdolls as they make the map laggy. With that said, there are mods on the workshop that make placing them very easy if you desire them.
The combined neighborhood will be released once all 12 houses are built.
@melon_pult - may very well be the case! 25 oak feels a bit longer than the rest, so perhaps it is on multiple lots. The neighbors in 22 oak st are very skeptical though.
