Updated to 0.30.0
Battery capacity buff to power capacitors has been removed as overclocking accomplishes this.

Thanks! From the extensive playing I've done with the change it seems to be quite decently balanced, Capacitors arent godly but still boosted.

Your capacitor change is a nice middle ground from other mods that change them.

Update 1.1.0 - Crew can retrieve up to 2 batteries at a time from Capacitors, and Capacitors can hold 36 batteries up from 18. (Experimental feature)
