You might be able to with World Edit 2.0, like load my save and see if you can save the world as a template, then use that template for world generation on a new save.

Is there a way to get the world map with the features you added in, for a custom start? I really love the map and the collection but I would prefer to play as my own faction instead of House Stormguard
