Yeah i can't upgrade mine either with the 2 refined moonstone it says you need when i try to make it legendary&it also says i lack the required perk to upgrade magical items when i do have the perk.... And you say it can be upgraded?? How if we can't do it when we have the perk but it says we don't?? Wtf is up with that crap?? (-__-)....

If you make a sword with over 3000 in damage I might download haha there's alot of sword mods. One gives you a sword you can craft with 3000 damage. It's a really fab sword o3o specially on lever 87 o3o
