by using the immortal in game option do my leader (Tausret) won't die of old age? I just want a clearification, not that she died later and I have no options to get her back (loading yes, but then she will die two or three rounds later).^^

Note how he isn't descended to her (implying that she died leaving him the heir) and he also uses her voiceover in diplomacy.
One final question, is this compatible with multiplayer campaigns? My friend and I would really enjoy it.
