It's only for soldiers, but this author has a mod that gives rebel voices to metrocops independently. To override all combine NPC voices, you install both.

For those wondering what this mod does (I was a little confused by the description), it replaces the combine voice lines with the male rebel voice lines. So all dialogue from combine NPCs now use audio files from the male rebel NPCs instead. It's done well.

what tumorenito was trying to say was that there's no video to showcase how the mod looks and sounds, there being a gif doesn't really showcase how the mod works as there is no sound
