Just a little correction to my previous comment: Now that the recent update to TF2 updated the equip regions of the Quick-Fix and Vaccinator, the wings can now be worn with all Medi Guns :D

It's kind of a shame the wings only work with the Medi Gun and Kritz, but still looks great anyhow.
