It is hard to find any star wars ship that doesn't use subgrids, as even simple X-Wing use 5 of them for hull and 4 wings. Situation would be much easier for us if Keen Software just give us option to build rotors/hinges in projectors. The fact we doesn't have it since almost 10 years is just L. I stoped limiting myself because game devs can't figure it out to work.

Oh ok, thank you, I was just curious cause I’m working on a star wars series in SE and am trying to find BPs to somewhat get inspiration from for custom capital ships, sub grids just kinda throw it off for me
sauron2012  [author] 23 Feb @ 12:30am
So far new updated require. But Separatist navy will probably be stable 1 Grid as they don't have triangle shapes.
TexasWolf2552 23 Feb @ 12:26am
do any of your capital ships not require subgrids?

sauron2012  [author] 29 Sep, 2024 @ 11:50am
This ship and any made on multigrid hull arent showing correct DLC amount and I cant even link more as Steam see me not having them as I got them for free lol
So I recommend having all.
nlee6618 28 Sep, 2024 @ 5:29pm
yes
Aetherwisp 28 Sep, 2024 @ 5:28pm
do I need all the dlcs for this or the ones that are actually linked to this creation
scottman310 30 Aug, 2024 @ 1:28am
Just want to say this looks amazing. Caught me off guard when I saw the main turrets. So happy to know you are still working on your builds. I know it makes so many people happy.
nlee6618 16 Aug, 2024 @ 2:50pm
will you update home one
nlee6618 16 Aug, 2024 @ 2:50pm
ok
sauron2012  [author] 16 Aug, 2024 @ 2:16pm
TIE Fighters. But you can also dock V-Wing.
nlee6618 16 Aug, 2024 @ 2:11pm
what do you dock inside
Austin_Legend 11 Aug, 2024 @ 6:09pm
Holy shit you went all out this time, now I gotta see how you can update a venator, maybe even one with an opening main hangar
sauron2012  [author] 7 Aug, 2024 @ 5:48am
Yes, everything on my workshop will be updated from Star Wars. I also have plans for new ships and land units. I wish to leave these being updated and playable in as much as possible quality. :lunar2019piginablanket:
Ahsoka Tano 6 Aug, 2024 @ 10:53pm
does this mean we can expect updates of the older ships to match the current standards of SE (and replace the broken modded weapons?)
nlee6618 4 Aug, 2024 @ 2:44pm
i have all the dlc's just to play with this

As much as Victory-class drives me into depression - this is an immaculate work as always. May algorithm gods be with us...
sauron2012  [author] 3 Aug, 2024 @ 4:40pm
Found the reasson: Because ship is made with Hinge hull it doesn't show up required DLC's. I have no idea which one are need, so I recommend to have them all.
It does fix any issue with ship.
sauron2012  [author] 3 Aug, 2024 @ 4:15pm
It's very fast ship, I'm currently investigating this issue with my friend as for me it works normaly, he turned out to have same problem. I will let you know if we manage to find a fix as on my side both Steam and Local blueprints works normal. :lunar2019deadpanpig:
KiloMeister 3 Aug, 2024 @ 4:12pm
So I tried controlling the remote control on the ship while in the pilot seat and that worked, it also might've just been the slow acceleration that made me think it wasn't moving, no problem with the slow accel though because it fits the ship pretty well.
sauron2012  [author] 3 Aug, 2024 @ 4:07pm
I checked, everything works. Maybe try to set it to your faction? There is no any more flying seats on ship except that single one.
sauron2012  [author] 3 Aug, 2024 @ 4:02pm
That's weird, there is remote control but Main seat right before doors to command bridge is set to be control of it, try that one.
KiloMeister 3 Aug, 2024 @ 3:59pm
Literally the best looking star wars ship I've ever seen in space engineers. Also when I enter the pilots seat it says there's someone else controlling the ship, is there a remote control or AI block controlling it?
Revan 1 Aug, 2024 @ 1:48am
will the acclamator get an update to?
Dytherion 31 Jul, 2024 @ 5:27pm
I know its very minorly different but you got this out a lot faster than i thought you would
sauron2012  [author] 31 Jul, 2024 @ 4:26pm
Trust me new Venator will be much better. :lunar2019piginablanket:
Captain_chance23 31 Jul, 2024 @ 4:21pm
Shit i need to make a blueprint of the OG Venator then lol. also What i mean by the bridge looks sloped is that if you Look at it from the outside at a Profile angle you can kinda see it angles up a lil. (Sorry i have OCD and i noticed a LOT of the finer details which i love)
GunMasterX11 31 Jul, 2024 @ 4:14pm
Sauron2012 back to churning out bangers
Isaacklan 31 Jul, 2024 @ 2:45pm
Does this ship have sub-grids?
Bactoid Hersch Engineering 31 Jul, 2024 @ 2:44pm
very cool:selike:
sauron2012  [author] 31 Jul, 2024 @ 2:23pm
That's how Star Destroyers are made. If you look into various sources you can see Star Destroyer bridge is not parallel to rest of hull. It works same in Imperial SD. It's pretty accurate to real Star Destroyer and how interior works in them.
NormalDavid 31 Jul, 2024 @ 2:12pm
He's talking about how the bridge interior isn't aligned with the large grid exterior. It's thrown into contrast when you look at the large spike thing on the right from inside the bridge. Doesn't bother me, but I can see how it might trigger OCD-type impulses.
sauron2012  [author] 31 Jul, 2024 @ 1:53pm
1. I said plenty of times, Venator is next.
2. Thats weird question considering fact bridge is connected to rest of interior and is in radius of Gravity generator, unless you like to walk in not flat surface.
sauron2012  [author] 31 Jul, 2024 @ 1:49pm
Yes, TIE were prototypes during late Clone Wars, but you can aswell carry other starfighters if they will fit.
Captain_chance23 31 Jul, 2024 @ 1:48pm
looks good. 2 questions tho,
1. are you gonna touch the older venators. or do you have little to no interest in modernizing them.
2. is the bridge slanted slightly on purpose or was that due to making it fit snug against the walls?
NormalDavid 31 Jul, 2024 @ 1:33pm
TIE's existed as prototypes at this point I think.
LittleTimelord 31 Jul, 2024 @ 1:11pm
Beautiful! Given that this is the Republic variant, shouldn't the fighter deck on the hanger say something other than "TIE Fighter deck" since TIEs didn't exist yet?
ZEO CMF 31 Jul, 2024 @ 1:03pm
Gorgeous! :p2cube: :selike:
