does this work when the catapults overcharge ?

I could..could also add infinite fuel, but it wasn't purpose of this mod.
All I wanted while creating it - it to be able to use Winona's catapults without playing Winona, just by increasing that timer.

There are other mods that gives you more options then mine, I kept it simple.

Update:
- Added config, changed default active time to more reasonable 10min.
