Add "!Strip <name>" (strips weapons from player)

done my friend, now im working with the VGUI menu so it can be more simple

add "!slap <name> 0" when typed u slap player and if u spam he can fly (u can check on yt type "cs 1.6 amx_slap" and u will understand) nad u can add "!slapmenu" where u can choose which player to slap and how much damage so for example u press "1" two times and change damage,i think it would be awesome :D
