Since Walter is the head of Section 6 of the Zwei Society, to be precise,maybe members of Section 1 or Section 2 of the Zwei Society may own mechs, so Walter will not update mechs in the future,It's not hard to deny that this is a good proposition.

One tiny issue i noticed is that Horizontal cutting cancels on the first hit vs block, which puts the opponent on an "OSC" (One sided coin) Which is not good. If possible, making it cancel on the second his when blocked would be better
