the mod doesn't appear in the mod launcher at all, where would i find it?

@Hikari Sakai i tried the mod launcher and it doesn't appear in the mod launcher, and when i checked its not actually downloading the mod for some reason

@Mcsquizzlebean you need to use the flatout 2 mod launcher that it comes with and enable the mod

i feel like i'm missing something, i thought with steam workshop it just installed the mods but its not doing that? could anyone please help figure this out
