This is a very cool, prob underappreciated mod!
May I ask to add 1-3 screenshots? People would like to see a unit card from a modded unit, at the very least <3 Did you somehow manage to keep them "vanilla ish", the cards?

does it work with achievements?

I really wish they could get at least some of the special buildings too- perhaps a single one each or something

instead of giving Ashkelon Egyptians units, might i suggest giving them some Canaanite units from either Bay's roster or the other Canaanite leader in Syria, i don't remember his name off the top of my head lol

@dansmeah I definitely wouldn't mind changing up the mod to make it feel more accurate. Only thing is I don't want to to is create bloat. Vanilla Minor factions only use tier 3 and above so I'm restricting myself to that. I will make some changes but if for whatever reason you want more, feel free to reuse the mod to make the changes you want.

if you dont feel like changing your mod, i can just my own version to reflect these changes

alashiya is a lot harder to say, but i definitely dont think they should get palatsu. i spent some time trying to see if i could find a greek/alashiya link, and greek settlements began popping up after the bronze age collapse, i dont think it would be too much a stretch to give them some basic greek units. or even considering alashiyas significant trading position in the eastern Mediterranean, you could even maybe justify multiple basic unit cultures. so say achaean spearmen, eastern spearmen, and armored anatolian swordsmen

so i would argue that sangarian could hypothetically get *some* thracian units instead of sherden, because the phrygian people are sort of thracian adjacent, i suggest looking that connection up further. wouldnt give them all thracian units, but perhaps plainsmen, spearmen, and thracian archers. it is actually why thracia gets phrygian javelin throwers, but maybe i would go even further and give thracia some more phrygian units too

pretty sure the lukka came from that area but they are not playable. ill spend some time looking and see what i can suggest

@dansmeah I'm kinda subscribing to the idea that the Sherden came from coastal Ionia (It was the closest faction aside from Lycia). Honestly if you, or anyone else, have some ideas for replacements Id love to hear them for any faction. Some factions I was excited to edit while others I was clearly reaching lol.

i like these unit assignments, but why does sangarian get sherden units, and why does alashiya get palatsu? i dont understand the logic there

@Thunder Chunder actually felt similar so i made some adjustments and removed the added horses

@Augustus These units already exist in the game as native units, major faction units, or Sea People units. So most of them you can get as a major faction.
