Si tienes el mod Radious instalado y te parece que hay demasiados ejércitos en juego, puedes instalar esto para aumentar el coste de las unidades y así hay menos.

I still see armies of 60-80 unit cards of tier 1 units, especially with nomads. Any chance for a 80% increase like Warhammer has?

This is if you won't both the player and the AI to be able to field less armies (closer to vanilla)

why Increased is it for the player who want harder a game or something ?
