Brilliant work!

I apologize for the poor phrasing. Thank you for the clarification! I'll see if I can get the game to allow me to make this island platform on it's own without the side entrances

It took me a while to work out what you were asking :)
This isn't a station its just stairs module.
The platform shown is vanilla era_b

To make the one shown
Place any passenger station go into config remove everything that's not a platform add this module.

Love this mod! Question. Not sure If I didn't dig in the right place but aside from the stairs, what is the link for the island platform station itself?? I would love even that on it's own as well

Is there a mod for elevators too?

I'm finding that setting 'experimentalTunnelAndBridgeMinHeight' to 'true' is essential for this mod. If I don't, a bridge which is low enough to match the height of the top of the steps is too low to get over the tracks without a 'collision'. Unfortunately switching on the experimental bridge height adjustment only seems to work with new maps, not existing ones.

Mad Hatter - any chance of making the stairs slightly taller, please? Thank you.

Its not a mod - its a setting in settings.lua that you can find in typically
c:\Program Files (x86) \Steam\Userdata\<your id>\1066780\local
edit the file with notepad and look for the line:
experimentalTunnelAndBridgeMinHeight = false,
and change the false to true.

This is cool. Had been looking for the mod like this for quite long. Questions though. I noticed from the video you posted you built the bridge with a minimum height. In the road construction window I noticed there are settings for minimum bridge height and minimum tunnel depth. Where did you get that mod for roads/tracks? Can you post a link to the mod here? Thanks a bunch.

This is genius - something I've been hoping for, for some time. It's really easy to use, and functions and looks great. Thank you Mad Hatter.

woohoo GCR style stations! ok this has made my day

This would be perfect for Stations that are in the center of the Highways. Any chances we can get some more modern designs?

I'll run some tests with longer paths. I am very aware that having paths floating in the air can sometimes cause crashes. Which is why the path is set to the minimum that would work.

It's great, but could you add a version with longer paths? Maybe I'm stoopid, but it look like easy thing and would add more flexibility in overpass design.

Can you please make ramps for cars like the ones at Edge Hill station.
gmx4444 8 Aug, 2024 @ 3:04pm

Ok Workshop is fussypants about imgur links today, so look in the Discussion tab on this mod for the link.

@Mad Hatter great job on these! It's wayyyyy easier to use than the 10-min video suggests! Just align the edge of the blue construction circle with the first guide dot and drag the bridge across to the second dot, single span, done! Screenshot steps: {LINK REMOVED}

Alternatively can use the "Preconstructed JK bridges" mod ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3151357781 ) and do the whole thing in one shot. Use 25m length and just Shift-., adjust the height to match. Cheers! (Steam might complain about links...)

It has a very cool British vibe, will use this for my English-inspired city

Great job Mad Hatter.
Excellent for London maps etc.

Very nice! Looks perfect for GCR stations!

Thank you. I also appreciate the MOD that allows me to decorate the station. I'll write a link to supplement the parts you did to check the operation in the video.

I think it will be useful for those who didn't know.
