Kills the NPC,
Spawns the NPC again but with no model,
Makes the ragdoll of the initially killed NPC follow the animations of the second spawned NPC
Now upon death/deletion/undoing the second NPC dies/disappears but the ragdoll is still present from the first NPC because the first NPC is already gone and the game has nothing to refer the ragdoll to.
This is why you can push them around with props and such, you're not actually pushing around the NPC, just the ragdoll which then returns to the NPC position.
