I could try, though it's immensely easy to make this, but it's easy to conflict, and Hirelings are just 1 character outside of other stuff, so...eh

Sorry, I don't work on this mod anymore, but the answer is no, due to how Hirelings are coded. If they made it not one character, and more so a set of characters, it'd be possible, but rn, it is not.

Hey, can you make it so mags only have a chance of appearing? Because there being only mags makes it kind of annoying.

maybe some mods are in conflict with this one. I do not have the Wingidon's Arena hirelings stuff.

So the recruiting fix himself (just have to call for new waves of hirelings and they have a normal size) but still the infinite ammo and charge effect.

There is no way to do that. Arena saves don't change data that's already written

I tried this mod today but I didn't like it so I retired it from my subscription but my former hirelings (the ones I recruit before downloading this mod) are still having all the mags behavior (infinite ammo, angry charge) and when I want to recruite new ones, they are all mag sized.

How do I resolve this?

Would probably be nice to have the Mag Deagle in the shop. Normal sized guns look ridiculous on them.

They do not have infinite ammo, unless that was given to them by the game

It's Incorporeal Faction, yeah, that is the trait that lets you not collide with your allies. Thanks for understanding that I don't really know much, lol

don't stress urself over it though
for the meantime though, definitely would only ever run this mod with a character with the incorporeal faction/trait whatever the fuck it is- the ghost/vr buddy trait that lets you ignore collision with enemies

I think I can kinda recreate that? Wingidon's has each Hireling that uses the origins as a seperate character file from the main one, so I could try to make them different characters and see how that goes?

yea that's what i was worried about
wish we had more control over things but for now until we get some major modding update, mods like this are still really neat

yeah. I had that issue when Enhanced Arena Experience was around. I had two MAG hirelings bc it was really funny but they're so slow that they get caught on conveyor belts in Foundry and instantly softlock the elevator in NCF
really neat in concept though lol
if only it didnt require a custom Assembly-CSharp (as far as I'm aware), having a like. rare chance to have a single MAG spawn along with max level reinforcements would be pretty sick

ALL Hirelings. There is no way in game to make it be by chance. All hirelings are the same character by default, and Wingidon's ones have been changed to be that way too, though I may at one point make a mod that has them all be unique characters, since it would def be interesting.

does this innately replace ALL hirelings with MAGs? obviously not already hired hirelings but all hirelings in the pool when summoning new ones, i mean, or is it just chance?

i mean they could use being a actual mag (in how they move and how their ai DOESNT dodge across the entire arena +MAG takedowns)

Well I did have Chaos and Order along with Lurk's armor, sleepwalker duels, and a tf2 weapon mod all active, could've been one of those conflicting, but idk.

I haven't seen others having that problem, so I think that may be an issue with another mod, potentially one that messes with Hirelings. Either that, or it's because it works of Wingidon's arena edits, but it should put that up automatically

The mod just bricked my test save, that's all it did.
