An addition to what OverOmni said, it is a problem with the LockAssistants patch, where for the Black Silence fight specifically, you lock patrons for all floors, not just Keter, which is what I assume you wanted.

there appears to be something with either this mod in general or a contradiction that this mod has with another one that makes it so you cant use any of the patron librarians and only the assistants on the black silence fight, and also makes it so keter is unlocked but not roland??

Overall its a pretty easy to fix conflict by simply removing the passive and starting any reception like you mentioned already

And I have now found out that after running roland on the ayin floor, it bugs keypages equipped to roland by locking them onto him

So it basically, if the dimension weapon storage passive is on roland and you try to switch to the Ayin floor, you basically get all of the ayin floor abno pages with roland as the patron librarian, which I find both cool and funny

I did a quick test to see if the weapon storage passive would conflict with the Ayin Realization and it doesn't really affect the ayin abnormality/ego pages. But it does seem to mess with the appearance projection and equipping of the Ayin keypage (By that I mean that the keypage is equipped but roland still remains as the patron librarian)

if its a problem, it can be disabled, otherwise will just be stuck with this mod's ego pages until restart

Have you tested if ego from mods like the Ayin Realization conflict with the ego locking? Granted I don't know how you would exactly unless you also have cheaters toolkit installed to have the black silence page.

ego can be turned off to prevent conflicts in general
mod ego now sets itself to current floor and takes the rest of current floor's ego pages and locks them
start of battle will unlock all vanilla egos (since receptions can be exited via completion or via main menu)
there might be conflict in which other mod's ego get locked and cannot be unlocked after

They might have the same issue as me where the one black silence card color change mod messed with the weapon summoning taking dice from the base cards.
And may I ask if the ego configs are due to possible conflicts with the Ayin Realization?

The only time the additional dice "affects" Roland's pages would be Durandal from what I've seen

This is because the 'Last die gains +1 power' effect from the first two dice of Durandal would go to the last die (which would be the additional die) instead of the the 2x power die

conceptually, i might have distorted ensemble act 4 be argalia's memory (ensemble members) vs roland's memory (certain receptions)
might be too ambitious tho, can't say if it'll get worked on for now

the way EGO pages are added by this mod is flawed rn, i'm working on reworking it such that it doesn't break vanilla EGO pages
cant guarantee compatabilities with other mods, best i can do is make it configurable

I can confirm that after getting rid of the Ayin Realization mod, the E.G.O pages of this mod begun working as intended.

Its a shame because that mod was honestly good in making the black silence deck feel more unique, instead of just being the same color as every other card in the game.

Well the color change uses the custom rarity util mod, so I don't know exactly how it could conflict exactly

the player log could also reveal the exact conflicting methods via error messages, try checking there as well

how Summons work is that the XmlData of Black Silence Pages are copied and manipulated accordingly
if the XmlData is messed with, then the copying/manipulating may not work as expected
try playing without the color change, I also have a vid of Roland v Xiao with only Dimensional Weapon Storage on

It also be a conflict between the black silence card skin mod I have installed. But its just a color change, nothing else.
