is there any way to make this version default , i play with a lot of HC units and its hard to remember the hot keys for them, is there a way to just click on unit in HC mode and the menu pops up

I created a mod to enhance your mod. It is a high command patch.
my mod will make high command work with teamswitch and other features, and works with your mod. My mod only fixes vanilla high command, which your mod uses, so its compatible and my mod enhances your mod

would be cool if you could have 6 different key commands for the 6 submenus: waypoints, move, combat, vehicles, group and support. I am finding the submenu system a bit cluknky. Or have it similar to Arma, you can press number keys to go through menu items

Up to my last comment: after disabling LAMBS unit with medic (unit A) moves to unit it's ordered to assist (unit B). However, medic of A heals himself, and not wounded of unit B.

I don't understand how medical assistance works, and unit after getting issued with that order bugs out, and doesn't move no matter if I deleted waypoint with that order and issued another, normal waypoint.

Changing the keybind made no difference, cursors still flickers between the menu and the map.

@Broomish, I have the same issue. Have you tried to change the key-bind to something that won't "naturally" interact with the map?

I have an odd issue when trying ot bring up the new HC interface with the map up. The cursor vibrates and alternates between registering as being in the menus and in the map so when I try to click the menu, I end up just clicking the map and issuing a waypoint. Anyone run into this and found the fix?

@Stolt all you need is re-select the HC squad you wanted to managed, so, press CTRL+right click to show the menu EHC. After that, select the platoons (F1, F2, F3, etc, multiple or single ones) in order to merge, assemble, garrison, crew vehicles, etc.

*Also, "Send medical assistance" doesn't seem to work. Medic of group sent to heal goes and does animation next to injured soldiers of other group, but it doesn't actually heal them, their health stays at the same %.

*It seems you are unable to add a group to high command when they are in a vehicle, only on foot.
Other than these issues I'm experiencing, this mod looks promising and hope my info can be of assistance

I'm experiencing some bugs, or at least what appear to be.

When I try to set a group's combat mode, I only get the options: BLUE, GREEN, WHITE, YELLOW, RED. It doesn't really make sense to me. When I try to make an advanced waypoint, there are 2 "radius" lines, and the combat mode doesn't make sense when the above "radius" line has the actual combat mode options:

"Create Advanced Waypoint"

(insert text) - Name
(insert number) - Radius*
(careless, safe, aware, combat, stealth) - Radius*
(blue, green, white, yellow, red) - Combat Mode*
(formations) - Formation
(speeds) - Speed
(waypoint type) - Type

"Submit"

I don't know if that is intended, but it seems off to me.

This mod work for Antistasi, havent try all function yet, but for some reason, the menu always show up at the bottom right of my screen, it still good to use, just kinna annoying, not sure if anyone else have that problem like me tho

A suggestion tho, if you can, add like an vehicle icon when select vehicle command, i keep missing it with in the map and have to like ... zoom in exactly where the vehicle is

Nice mod but I was hoping the UI would've been more like the platoon leader mod, definitely will stay subscribed and see if theres anymore updates to this I hope the end product looks like the snapshot of the platoon leader mod jellyfish gave us on his YT before he mysteriously disappeared. :steamthumbsup:

I love this mod. It makes the clunky HC system so much more intuitive and easily explained to new people who aren't used to it. I have a request/question. I don't believe that the medical support option works for ACE, will this be added in a future update? If you do play on adding it, I suggest simply giving AI medics the ability to full heal any unit that has taken damage that they are sent to so you get around the issue of AI taking forever to perform ACE medical.

you just have to remember to go to the high command menu, select the squad you want to add to HCE, then click on group, and then add them. if you don't add them I don't think they recognize HCE commands...... speaking from my experience anyways....

Hello there everyone. According to the description of the mod, a proper High Command Module setup is needed as the module enhance the already existed mode. So, probably works with Antistasi (all of its editions) and Liberation BUT NOT out of the box! You have to find a way to edit the mission file and setup properly the Hich Command Modules!

At least, that's how I understand that this mod works!

Dave in the editor (and there is zeus module) you can disable Lambs AI for any given squad so you don't get conflicts

Nice Work Luka! Some questions:

1.Does this allow you to add crewed vehicles into High Command? Am having problems doing that. What's the trick or process to add groups to transport, the vehicles themselves don't show up on the map.

2. Regarding Form on Commander. When I select all the units and select this command this functions as a sort or RALLY correct. (units move to vicinity of commander and halt. It's not supposed to be hold station on commander and follow me around in this formation wherever I go? (It would be good to have that command so a whole platoon can follow you around as you move)

I might be doing something wrong.

You should put your results in the discord somewhere as a write up. I'm desperate for a better High Command. Platoon Commander is good but it has the infinite spawning men glitch.
