I am pleased to present to you a patch for the missing mod dependency for IWK+.
(IWK+ is a submod of this modInteractive World Synergy)

Here Are the Things You’ll Have to Deal With:
You will have a mod named FoodExpansion that is, in fact, not a food expansion mod.
It is not compatible with the Biome Food Expansion mod.
And finally, you will need to install yet another mod...

If you're good with all of that, grab this patch and stick it right above interactive_world.mod.

Thanks,
-mandalf

Hello sir just checking in again if we could work on this patch :)

This mod makes it so that building materials (for slackers) in Interactive World : Kenshi + (IWK+) are back to the default of using two raw stone, instead of one stone and one lumber.

Good day Tonechild, I have created a patch for your patch, or rather an Interactive World Synergy / Kenshi + overhaul of sorts. Let's talk!

Hello,

This mod makes it so that the immersive group, solo, and bonfire type campfires in the most excellent mod "Camping life addons" by Muggins are built using wood and stick resources from the also excellent mod "Interactive World" by Stupendous Man.

I'm looking for modders interested in working on an Interactive World overhaul type project. Let me know if you are interested.

Hello, I love what you are doing here, and have some ideas of how to polish up the ole Interactive World myself. Maybe we can collaborate :)

As far as errors, this mod is trying to find 5008300-FoodExpansion.mod in ITEMS_CULTURE object borderzone.

If you just ignore the error it works fine, but should be easy enough to fix as well.

@tonechild -Thanks for the patch, if I have the time I will try it out. I know Interactive World is not perfect and it isnt well balanced.
I was also working on a special cannibal tech tree, but I didnt had the time to complete it.
I have uploaded the stuff I have done for testing. If someone is interested, feel free to mod, change or just have fun with it.

Got same issue here. I have IW on my mod list active and above this mod, but still shows as missing dependency.

@mmMaiamm - Can you try moving this mod below Interactive World? If you don't have Interactive World make sure it's above this one somewhere.

hey the mod sits at yellow in my Mos load order, i cant seem to figure out what category is sits under or even if it needs dependency a

I think of the ideia of adding the guns via blueprints is nice enough to don't rush on them right away, it can be implemented in the tech Hunters stores to be some type of "Rare" techonology or such.

But another thing is to just implement them via research on a bench that can be used in interiors as well, im far from a modder, its just a noobie opinion on this, but either way, the patch is doing great for the time being, and the suggestion is just a personal matter tbh

@Rodin, yeah - it should be easy to add the gun and firearms back. It adds some complexity to the game that seemed out of place, but not necessarily the firearms themselves being bad though.

One of the issues with adding it back is that you would need to have special "outdoors" workbench Ideally, if I were to add them back, I'd prefer to patch the existing workstations (like many mods do) so you can make the stuff from anywhere. IT might make sense though to have a special one for the guns tho

Another idea is to create a seperate mod that patches IW but only with lumber / sticks rebalance. That would require the survival guides as well.

The research rebalance would also mean some thought would need to be placed in how the gun stuff works. I think the easiest thing would probably just make them blueprints, and make them craftable at any other station.

Just wondering if you wanted to add anything else back, and if you have any ideas on how this could work let me know.

Hi! just a little quick question, im using the mod right now but if i wanted the gunpowder and firearms back, there is a chance that a separated patch for that ?

i really liked the idea of putting lumber and sticks in the vanilla core constructions and dont wanted to unsub from the mod, so that is just a optional function that im asking.
