@Horned_Man Agree, the idea that Greece is ever starved for wood is just silly. Greece always had access to the forested hills and mountains of central and northern Greece, and to trading for wood from the areas to the north beyond Greece. Wood was not ever something the Greeks considered scarce.

The region of what is now Lebanon used to be woodlands, thats why ancient Egptians and the Hittites tried to qonquer it, resulting in the battle of Kadesh.

So good. Wood is rarer than gold for a lot of factions, which definitely makes sense for Egypt or Mesopotamia, but not nearly as much for the rest of the world. Would love to see some minor buffs for Greece as well.
