@Sexy google "umihara kawase discord," click the link found on speedrun com. Join the server, find the #fangames section, and look for Not Umihara Kawase - Emiko's Dream V1.0 posted by まりねね. I haven't tried running it yet but it looks like this is where the mod comes from. Kind of insane how nothing comes up if you search for the mod in google except a single thread with one comment.
