the offset from the target is due to the target moving, i have no idea why its happening and its admitted frustrating

replying to scrob, yeah no i am having trouble with the addon honestly and i have no idea why some of the problems are happening, i might have to revert it to an older version that was "eh" but worked in all situations

The opposite can also happen where they are too close.

The killmoves are noticably further away from your target, an example would be when your snapping someone's neck your hands arent even holding their head.

I tested it with host_timescale 0.25 and it honestly seems to me that for aerial kills lerp isn't being called at all... Also, don't tell me you're using frametime in your edit..............

i updated it, honestly you can probably see for yourself why the aerial killmoves were set to skip lerp because i set them to not skip lerp, and it didnt change anything lol they look the same

Oh well, thanks on that. It was a curious read. Btw, is it not going to be possible to lerp air-killmoves in the future? I mean there has to be a reaon for why you skipped aerial kills in the BSMod

actually after thinking about it for a bit, i cant.

with the way that BSMOD works it isnt actually setting the animation of the NPC, its basically welding a new skeleton and model to the NPC, overriding their actual animations, i believe this is to get over NPC AI. sadly, you cant smoothly weld an animation to an NPC

replying to Lombaxtard, it may be possible but ill have to look into it, as it stands i dont know how to do that off the top of my head or even how to get about it so im gonna scour the gmod wiki

Do you think it's possible for NPC's to also lerp into the animations? Older version of this had NPCs lerp from being down back into standing animation (basically just disable ReAgdoll-like getting up animation in the settings for said effect)
