Emu I had mod like this, It was keeping you alive even in crit until -100hp, did hyperzine
e, steroids and moloch gene buffs, but converts any damage to bleeding and organ damage

you should make the berserker armour set where its just the adrenaline buff for as long as you have it on

hey, just so you know, you can actually add a cape with physics using huskappendages. look at "Enhanced Armaments: Fuel for the Fire Expansion' or 'Withering Souls Pre-Release' for examples of how to implement it if that's something you wish to do.
