I haven't been using it myself lately since I had to do a clean reinstall for Co-op, but I recall it worked in Paradise Lost too!
If not, you can also replace the same file inside of PL's folders.
The only conflicts it might have is with clothing mods. If you want to use a manual mod that changes the Dude's shirt, you should only replace MP_FPArms.
The other files are only there to make the nails show up in 3rd person mode.

Question if i download this mod will it work with other maunual instalation mods and will it work with the Paradise Lost version of postal 2 also?

yeah I verified the files and that didn't work. I actually uninstalled and reinstalled and that worked, everyone that wears a hat for some reason wears it a few inches backwards into their head which is weird?? But I did get it working. I can ignore the hat thing lmao. If anything its really funny.

I only installed the MP_FPArms file since I was having problems but the NPC textures are still messed up, idk what I did wrong.
