hey, i think i may have found the problem, your addon features a "addon.json" in it, which is used for GMOD, which isn't supported by Entropy Zero 2, try removing it and maybe then it would work?

@evandaarcher I might do more ports of my stuff in the future! Might also do exclusive E:Z2 stuff in the future if its rewarding and I can find something I'd really like to do
