At court (greeks) you can gain more court positions when gaining enough allegiance points.
one of the court positions gives you skill points to spend on any of you generals ... (non english, hope I explained correctly what I meant)

yes you can use my mod. but i am not sure what it means competenz points. I am not good at english, sorry.

can I use this mod + the one that adjusts AI without your mod that increases the level cap?
Just if I want to fill with competenz points that should work too ...right?

Really thank you for your suggestion. Incorporating will take quite long time because i can not use my computer a few days. And again thank you for your suggestion and your work.
