Bad mission, after technician decrypt information, he leave with helicopter and we are going sleeping because nothing to do. The task not recognize end or complite job... (your design mission statistic: 1 mission good and 2 mission bad....) ! :steambored:

Another excellent mission. This series is one of my firm favourites in ARMA.

Hi Chinds, work-a-round: Satchel charge the table! See my comment 23rd Nov ...

still can't collect the intel on the desk in Kalithea. Is the intel upstairs with that bad guy and the bulletin board of the country. I see a folder on the desk but can't get it

Just updated - hope it works ok now
Christopher Hinds 19 Mar, 2018 @ 3:26pm

Se'Kara  [author] 18 Mar, 2018 @ 7:39am
I'll take a look at it. It can be really fiddly sometimes.

Another great mission.

Hey Se'Kara, loving the scenario, However, it's me an Intel again. Could not pick up the intel on the table, doh! In typical military fashion, found a work-a-round. Satchel-charged it. Blew up the building leaving the intel hanging in mid-air. Job done. Onwards...

Sorted the initial demo mission - Can't link to environment object any more (thanks BIS), so I've added a proxy crate to explode when you place explosives under the power pylon.
I've also removed teh helmet cam as it's throwing up error messages - as is Kronsky's UPS patrol script, but it does seem to be working, so I'll leave it for now - really don't have time to create waypoint patrols for every AI group right now.

glad you enjoyed it

VG.... as usual

Yeah-the brief lives campaign was one of the first things I downloaded and its great too.

I've looked into the possibility of turning my collections into campaigns. It might be quite a task to go back and 'retrofit' them, so it might be something to do with later creations.

Really pleased that you're enjoying the missions . Have you checked the other collections out?
Wookiejedi 31 Aug, 2015 @ 4:06pm
I agree it does look good when the doorgunners open up on the remaining enemies...what if you moved the house to somewhere on the outskirts of the village with a bit more room for an LZ?Also -I don't know why this campaign isn't way more popular-it's really good!Could you combine it into a campaign so the missions will start automatially in the "Campaigns" section?

You might be right... I had visions of the sidegunners firing at remaining enemies as it came in to land. A case of style over substance perhaps...

I'm really enjoying this campaign-great work!i noticed what you were saying about the dodgy chopper extract-if you switch it to a littlebird then it may not hit it's blades off the house. Its a lot smaller :)
Variable 3 Jun, 2015 @ 1:04am
Ok, I tried again and now the chopper landed in the courtyard and the cryptographer boarded it safely. I then managed to complete the mission.

Thanks! Give me a shout when it's updated. Your missions are almost the only SP I'm doing :) And my invitation for you to join our coop games still stands.
Se'Kara  [author] 30 May, 2015 @ 3:42pm
ah - just had a look at the triggers - seems the cryptographer's got to get away for the carpool and reinforcement missions to succeed... an odd design choice on my part given the slightly dodgy helo extract....

I'll tweak - thanks for the heads-up.
Se'Kara  [author] 30 May, 2015 @ 3:33pm
That damn chopper extract....

I've had some mixed results recently with ensuring that units stay where I tell them to. There should be a second recon team at Antharkia. I'll look at when they spawn it - they might have gone chasing shadows....

I'll have a look at the truck objective - it might be throwing something weird out.

As for the fatigue, I'm not sure what's up with that as I don't seem to be able to replicate teh problem.

I'm working on Vol9 atm - it has an option to turn off the helmet cam - I'll be retrofitting that to the earlier missions when time allows.

Se'Kara.
Variable 30 May, 2015 @ 2:26pm
Also, forgot to add that Fatigue activation doesn't work on this one, too.
Variable 30 May, 2015 @ 2:22pm
Lovely mission Se'Kara! Damn, that protect cryptographer objective was intense. Bounding mines FTW :)
However, I've encountered some difficulties.
1. The camera feed disappeared at some point (not that I'm complaining, it blocked my GPS feed)
2. The chopper that came to extract the cryptographer tried to land on the narrow street of the house the Intel was found. it hit the roof of a building and went back up in the air and hovered there, doing nothing. The cryptographer stayed near the Intel, which I was able to collect.
3. I had an Ifrit but decided to visit the car pool, I took out two guys there and grabbed the truck, however, the objective didn't tick. I moved to Antharkia, expecting to find reinforcement to my team, but no one was there.

Am I doing something wrong?

Just realised I forgot to add saves....
