Srry for the late reply but after checking the files of both mods it seems that it causes a conflict because they use a png image as a thumbnail instead of a jpg one

But the mod perfectly works, the game just marks it as a conflict due to the PNG image

No idea why it conflicts, but those mods work fine together so theres no need to worry.
