@makk there a buttton here on steam were can look at the collections that contain an item.
The two collections that jumped out to me were Tedjam+ and DerAva's collection.
From the description, my money is on Tedjam+.

@hellosharkness Can you show me that collection?

This mod is in a collection (for LWOTC) made by one of the devs for LWOTC, so yeah it is compatible.

@Robob It hasn't been tested with LWOTC, but I imagine it shouldn't cause any game-breaking issues one way or the other.
Robob 26 Sep, 2024 @ 10:36am
Is it compatible with LWOTC?

This mod is so wonderful! Thank you very much :)

holy heck, i'm surprised nobody thought to do this til now! (that i saw at least) what a big quality of life improvement, thanks

@aosneck No. You click Subscribe, and barring some situation where another mod is messing with Wrath's targeting, it should just work.

Do I Really need a file name?

Use a grep tool (I use Textcrawler Free) to search your Workshop folder for *.uc files containing the string X2Effect_GetOverThere (have to run it again for locally installed mods too I guess)

Sorry I should have been more clear. I'm not having any issues as I haven't tried it. I'm just hoping to learn how to quickly search my modlist for an effect. I see a lot of web pages have it, so figured there must be an easy way for plebs to find them :)
Nexolate  [author] 19 Aug, 2024 @ 12:45am
@=[NK]= Col. Jack O'Neil Are you having issues with the mod? It shouldn't cause any softlocks or other major issues, it'll just be that Wrath won't be using the new targeting method.

So I would have to check all the other mods' source codes.. I have too many mods. because I'm a shameful mod whore :(
Nexolate  [author] 18 Aug, 2024 @ 11:11pm
@=[NK]= Col. Jack O'Neil It would only be other mods that directly edit Wrath. You shouldn't need to worry about it unless you're having compatibility issues and/or you're making your own mod. :)

If you really wanted to know, you'd have to look at the source files. In my case, I do my main hook in X2DownloadableContentInfo_ImprovedWrathTargeting.uc.

How do you easily check what other mod uses X2Effect_GetOverThere of Wrath. I use AML, is it in there?
Haywire 18 Aug, 2024 @ 4:25pm
Adding this in. I almost never use Wrath for this very reason.

Thanks for this!
TeK DeLorean 18 Aug, 2024 @ 1:10pm
lovely

@jmoren01 I know! I must've checked at least half a dozen times, I couldn't believe no one has ever done this before.

@MrMister It's probably technically possible, but as you said, the user experience wouldn't be great. Also, I don't really feel the need to make such a mod for Justice, unlike with Wrath. :steamsad:
jmoren01 18 Aug, 2024 @ 2:55am
I've been waiting for this for years haha, seemed like an obvious one. Thanks!
MrMister 18 Aug, 2024 @ 2:48am
Noice.

Do you think you could do the same with Justice? Though I realize it’ll be more uncomfortable amd need a really zoomed out view so you can select the tile next to you while still seeing the target in its original position.
Vaultwulf 17 Aug, 2024 @ 1:34pm
Nice work! :steamthis:

Oh wow finally I can actually use this without rng'in "will he go cover or the super open space side", Thanks for that!
Ayser 17 Aug, 2024 @ 9:38am
Single-handedly made this ability an actual option now.
