Report a translation problem
There need to be a better design for marine start so that getting into the room in any way isn't nearly impossible.
The rest of the map has some major design flaws in that they are not nearly enough vents to get around the map for aliens. The entire map is three long hallways that a skilled marine team can simply shoot down and kill everything.
The map needs some redesign to be more alien friendly.

This is what marine do, they put up a phasegate in southern hall and then its pretty much a slow GG when marine push into whatever hive alien got.
Why is it one sided?
1. First of all the corridor are very long without much obstacles, so marine can shoot from pretty far distance before any alien even get close to bite the marines.
2. Second problem is there are 3 long corridor: craddle, subnautica, and server room. When Marine get southern hall alien have no way to get pass the marines without getting shot.This could be solved with a Shade hive, but usually alien com dosent have enough res to make this happen, cause marines have usually already cut all the cyst for alien leaving them with very few RTs. And also there is no way to cyst for alien. A tunnel wont help since marine already put up the RT.
