I tried this mod again (added at the end of list) and found that the zooming issue has been fixed. Have any changes been made?
When zooming out it goes back to the regular vanilla textures
Sounds like a LODs issue to me
It's not incredibly hard to make but it can get tedious at times. I plan to make versions of this mod of architectures of different countries globally. I can't say it will be soon though.
For now it will be Era B as it resembles the structure of most British buildings nowadays. I will consider doing Era A in the future, yet not Era C unfortunately. The textures and the structure of the buildings will look very off.
That is certainly strange. I've tried out the mod but there were no issues with the textures. I can only recommend standard mod procedure such as unsubscribing and then subscribing once again. This could have happened after the update the other day. No texture in this mod has been left untouched. Beyond that, I have no idea as to why the default textures appear. Sincerest apologies.
Hmm. Did you enable the mod to an existing save? It could be possible that the assets or mod work in a new game; I haven't had the opportunity to use it on a save before the update.
Do you mean the red textures? I tried it out before publishing the update. If so, it is on purpose.
If not, does the game go back to the regular vanilla textures?
The brick textures look nice on small buildings, but they do not suit high rise buildings. I will not be using this mod!
Yes that is correct.
The older mod contains the default Era B textures (orange rooves, colored walls, etc.)
This mod replaces ALL Era B textures with British styled ones (black rooves, brick walls, etc.)
To answer your question, having this mod and the older mod will replace the older mod's assets with British ones. However, if you do so, make sure this mod is loaded first, otherwise the assets will remain with the base game textures.
In reality, any mod concerning Era B building textures, as long as they are not loaded before this mod, will be replaced with the British textures from this mod. Really. :)
I [and I presume Adie] would prefer this mod to be like the other one so we can place our own buildings instead of the AI cities [like you can with the older one] but with the British textures/style.
An assets version of my mod **technically** exists:

This mod automatically replaces all vanilla Era B building textures with British-styled ones. The mod linked allows you to place vanilla Era B buildings as assets.
If this mod and the linked one are enabled, it should allow you to place the buildings from this mod.
Hope this helps. Cheers!

Great job though and thanks.
