Yes, technically its a buff as you don't have to worry about the respawning nerf.
In general expect a lot more variety in your bots you hire, but this comes at the cost of needing to make sure you have spare tools ready in case you roll a bunch of loadouts with limited tools.

With a bit of xml knowledge yeah, but nothing in game I'm afraid, that being said its a bit convoluted to change both the actual stuff that spawns and the items that show on the selection. As they are two separate sets of items for technical behind the scene jank reasons.

Looking at the code of Immersive Repairs it doesn't override jobs at all anyway so is pretty much compatible in that regard.

That depends on if they override jobs, that's the main point of conflict. (The only other thing is baseball caps which isn't exactly a common thing or a huge problem)
When two mods are overriding jobs, whichever one you put at the top will be the one that takes priority.
Baroverhaul doesn't say it overrides jobs themselves, just the talents which are separate code wise, so it should be compatible but I haven't checked.

The immersive mods is a broad category but the vast majority don't touch jobs to my knowledge, immersive repairs is bare bones compatible as in the welding mask from this does provide protection to welders eye behind the scenes, I think _M_ is working on a proper patch but don't that as a promise.

Is it possible to make this mod fully compatible with the Start With 6 Jobs mod? Currently it only gives new randomized gear for three crew members at the start. I understand this is geared towards multiplayer, but it would be awesome if it was also possible to choose the starting gear for campaign too.
Anyway, this is an awesome mod, good job with it!

Maybe, I do want to revisit that at a later date the wetsuit for a few reasons.

Is a patch for the no role limits mod or the all jobs see reports mod possible? I know one of those definitely overrides vanilla jobs... Not sure which one tho or if both do lol

To be honest you aren't even supposed to be able to fabricate that, I must of missed it lol.
The gear here is meant to just be for spawning with, I wouldn't recommend making the light body armor, as it costs the same as regular body armor but is just worst in every other way.
I might make some of the headgear purchasable, as that is the standard for stuff like the baseball cap in vanilla.

The welding mask in this mod should actually block the welders eye from immersive repairs as it was surprisingly easy to make that compatible. Though _M_ might work on their own compatibility patch, not saying he will though, it might of been a passing comment.

Incredible mod! My only issue with it is wetsuit looking a lil bit too dark, and sulprus helpmet looking a little bit too flat. Other than that, fanastic work man!
