@Killaprime187 the railcar it self and so as the single decker has a power breaker inside the cabin, you can find it at the front end of the car where cabin attendance seats are located, major update will remove the need of manual open the power flow, this old way is mostly use to save energy if railcar is not in use

HOW TO GIVE POWER

this train car is kinda heavy so as reccomended is to build a simple train to push it

i recommend you to check on the instruction manual of the main locomotive to know more about it

@bmfgerald of course you can, if you look carefully on the control panels you can see the reverse button for it if you're controlling the front unit, for the opposite direction back-end unit it will be forward button, reverse is by default to the direction of front unit when off
