I play tested both the USSR and Germany.

I beat the game as the either the USSR or Germany in 12 turns. Seems like reasonable timings for an offensive.

The mod "JFD's Civilizations - Germany (Adolf Hitler)" needs to be downloaded and installed separately as it is no longer on the Steam Workshop.
