@Titanichthyosaurus I am not sure, it has never happened to me, it depends on the map. The map could use hidden manhacks, therefore, it could be the reason why manhacks spawn somewhere.

For some reason, with npc multiplication enabled, whenever non-manhack npcs "breed", a manhack will spawn somewhere on the map.
