I am on the second level. Have to turn off a force field. Found a power switch and used it. Not sure what that turned off. Found a locked gate and a note about having a set of keys at the warehouse. Went to the closest building which I guess is the warehouse. Picked up a bunch of items, found a secret area, can see there is a lot of stuff in the building.

Never could figure out how to get in the building. Can't get the keys, can't get the force field turned off. Can't finish the level.
I felt it! I felt that somewhere there was a map with a really open world, bright and interesting, and even with light vibes of post-apocalyptic works! Thank you, author, hallowed be your name!

@FoeChopper5000 Yeah, this quarry town area was a pain in the ass for me during development, and going this "open world" like approach has its flaws, as there can still be a lone processed zombie stuck somewhere in the area. So believe me you just didn't find that last stuck enemy somewhere, or you completely missed rocket launcher area which is a must do thing)

Nice maps, but chapter 2 is bugged for me. In the quest to get c4, i got it, killed all the enemies, but the door to go back doesnt open, tried to realod many times, no success, had to use trainer for super jump to get out of there. However, it had its consequences, as the game still thought i need to get c4, some enemies spawns didnt work. I was lucky i was able to finish the level still.

@Laki Yeah France first level has all of it, but from what I can tell you can still load this mod maps in coop and all players just spawn without problems?

You can always check Croteam's map scripts on how more vehicles were added for coop. In this case you can just spawn them in after the cage is unlocked.

Lovely designed levels. The second one tends to crash, but otherwise I really enjoyed them. :shotty:

Oh it doesn't have more bikes in coop? It should be a must especially in a map that is made around using it.

I reloaded the save when the tunnel entrance flashed red. When I operated the switch, I met 3 drakons, but then they didn't come from behind the door. I reloaded about a third of the way and only then did the 3 Drakons that had to fly out of the tunnel come out and open up. So I don't know what could have been wrong, at first I thought it was a bug. And I'm already enjoying Level 2, so far there was one point where I suffered: at the bottom of the bridge, in the narrow space of movement, a Caloply and a Technopolyp

@karacs.matyi And door still hadn't opened? Also letter has nothing to do with anything, it's just a story telling. Was there three pyro maniacs coming from above the tunnel door? If so, then I suggest just roll back to a save after switch is turned on and replay the battle again.

I looked back at the entire field and even at the locations of the side missions, not a single opponent appeared. What I forgot was picking up the letter at the door switch that opens the tunnel, I replaced it. The music was also relaxing, so when nothing is happening.

@karacs.matyi There's one enemy got lost somewhere, probably a drone stuck in geometry, search the area around the switch location, search below near buildings and on the highway above.

When I reach the entrance of the tunnel at the end of the 1st track, the door does not open, when I press that button on the site below, I have already killed the enemy, and even though the light above the tunnel turns green, the door does not open. What could be the reason for this? Help me! Thanks in advance!

Finished second level as well. Really good level building! It never got boring or slog to explore and it was nice having motorcycle with me at all times. Good job! :serioussam:

I thoroughly enjoyed my time playing through the second level, and had fun replaying the first level (I rarely replay custom levels). Great job, I hope there's more to come!

Also, I hope that the pistol stats and other changes will be revoked, because I can't really see a reason for such changes.

Hi! I went to Explore power station side quest but doors won't open when I get to the facility. Are there keys that I don't know about or what?
Here's feedback on the first map so far until that side quest. It is really great and well done with a lot of things to find outside of main path and nice fights and scenery. The only thing I currently didn't like is how you get almost no ammo for the fight when you have to pick up DB Shotgun. You don't even have time to get to DB Shotgun since enemies like Werebulls are already attacking you.

Missed a bike?? It's like standing right next to you at the beginning of the level) Going on foot is NOT cool at all, this map is definitely not about that) Well if you were able to enjoy the level even that way, then I'm happy for you and thanks for the feedback)

Well. I finally find time to play second map. It was cool, but... looks like i missed a bike and go through the full level on my two heheh. Anyway i very like the locations youve made. Really interesting to play. But ammo count... It some more than nothing. I feel myself like playing in battleground haha. Btw good job. Im wait for the next map. :cozyspaceengineersc:

P.S. And making pistol deal less damage is weird. When you out of ammo you should kill the red biomech with pistol. Well. That was not good time spending...

2Serous_Samsung Type in console next_level or something, just type next and press tab and you'll see the exact command and it will load second chapter

For the pistol, you can fix it pretty easily by going into the editor and saving it as a new weapon. You wouldn't even need to make it a separate resource mod, just pack it into the level .gro and make sure the modified pistol file is what you're having the player start with instead of the default pistol.

Thanks for the feedback) I absolutely agree with you. Yes pistol damage is probably affecting other mods because this mod is the latest by date, I believe this is how game prioritize resources loading.

On the other hand, the map features lots of random encounters with Biomech Majors and other tough units which you don't really have good tools to deal with (Grenade Launcher doesn't appear until near the end of the first level and Rocket Launcher/C4 doesn't appear until about half way through the second level. Item pickups also feel strange; some AR bullets give 30 while a few give 100, and a good number of pickups can be grabbed even if you're full on health/armor/ammo. Last big negative thing I have to say about the map is that it alters the Pistol even if you're playing other mods or have different pistol replacement mods installed.

TLDR is that the maps are visually awesome and have great exploration, but there's a lot of inconsistencies with item pickups, combat, and pistol behavior gets altered outside of the map.

I played through both levels and have a bit of a love/hate relationship with it

On one hand the map looks absolutely beautiful and features lots of unique visuals + points of interest that naturally draw the player's attention. Most of the secrets were creative and fun to figure out how to get. I also think it's cool how you have to scavenge around for supplies instead of getting huge amounts of ammo that you won't ever use.
