hi could you tell me how to use this mod exactly? i am quite clueless as to how setting up the zones work, with other zoning mods there is an indicator for where you start and where you end thanks to the color overlay, but with this one it doesnt exist so i find it hard to figure out. please help, thank you!

Sorry guys non-zomboid project i working on right now consuming all my time. I lifted copyright so someone can take over. Or wait until B42 MP release, I should be active in PZ again

@A that's something I want to implement. You can even destroy stuff inside safehouse, if trespassing is allowed. I guess I can add sandbox setting for additional client restrictions, as extension to destroy restriction. Optional because it may be performance demanding

@marcuzz what are the chances we could get a restriction to players being able to melee attack or be able to damage structures within these zones? Even with all of the restrictions players can still melee destroy objects unfortunately.

@DEMMERS You just made me test it again for no reason. It works on fresh server. Would be much more helpful if you post the error you are encountering. I'm running this on 350+- mod server with no issues. It is probably some mod conflict or you didn't load required mods.

@marcuzz It doesn't work. Safehouses can't be claimed on a fresh server, if in a house and you right-click it just throws an error. No claiming can happen. The mod is installed at the moment, no zones created.

Yeah, I added the mod to our server and hadn't noticed any issue. Had players reporting a few days later that they couldnt claim safehouses. Ran around and noticed it myself. Every single building the rightclick option to claim a safehouse even with no zone defined it was still blocking the option from coming up.
We tried a restart incase it was some kindof error, but that didnt fix it
We tested removing the mod to see if that would fix it and sure enough thats precisely what fixed the issue.

hm but there is bug with tooltip. So if you can't claim safehouse for some reason, it will show the option anyway. Will be fixed with new update where I will be adding lightbulb removal restriction if RestrictPickup is enabled.

@A last update added more functionality to the Excrementum mod compatibility. Nothing with safehouses. I have it active on my server and safehouses are working. Do you have any errors in console?

Mod is bugged since the recent update and blocks all safezones across the map without the user having defined a zone.
Defined the whole map and allowed safezones but that didnt fix it.
