用控制台把所有一级建筑铺上后,除了上述两个还是1级,其他都已经升满了
看来是我遇到什么奇怪的问题了
@RedPotato 抽取到建满建筑的省份时并不会再次抽取,而是直接结束判定,这是代码所限,目前没有更好的方法。
@我没意见 我没有用过你提及的mod,不清楚发生了什么,等下次更新时我检查一下。
