I got crashed cause I was loading the game when I play as US and then I stopped on July 01 2001

I notice a bug/error where states that have been split into two have same population.

In your next update it would be good to split Kosovo into two provinces: 1st one Kosovo and 2nd one Metohija. To be accurate Kosovo should be 2/3rds and Metohija 1/3rd (Metohija is the southern part). Also Albania should be split into Northern, Central(Tirana should be part of Central Albania) and Southern Albania. This gives better playability for expanding surrounding countries and better management when playing with Kosovo or Albania.
