i like the bowtie added. makes it feel more personal than the all class tophat they added recently.
it's simple but that's it charm. i can see this working better with fancy engineer loadouts.

it's just plain and boring. Almost all the og top hats had some gimmick implemented. This one doesn't feature anything (not counting the stars)

Wouldn't it have made more sense to make the stars more gear-shaped?
