It's more likely you have a mod that changes the base Question Mark sprite.

The mod uses it's own copy of the original Question Mark sprite, so other mods that change it are not compatible

Hey, I wanted to tell you that activating the Alt Path toggle makes it so that with EID the items themselves are actually described, completely defeating the point of them being CoTB'd. I dunno if you are aware of this or not, but just putting it there for your knowledge.

The operation that checks for alt-path blind pedestals is very expensive. I'm uncertain what would make it lag more than something like EID who uses the same operation.

i have the same problem, the mod seems make it very lag if you have item cycling on those pedestals

It's rare to see modifications be made soon after a comment, you're actually a goat for doing that alt path mod config change

For whatever reason, on the floors after I got curse of the blind, every item pedestal (from a chest or on the floor or a pedestal) caused immense amounts of lag until I left the room. Still persisted when I entered the room again. This may be a complication with some of the other mods i'm using (stuff like FF and repentagon) but thought I should post it here.

Just pushed a new update with Mod Config support. You now have the option to make Alt Path pedestals have the quality question marks.

Why can't you have an option to let the Alt Path options be modified in the Mod Config Menu? It'd help situate the bug EID is having with showing past the blindness for alt path (Curse of Blind bypass works just fine). Plus I think giving more options to modify would be better.

Sadly, there is no means of changing out of the item sprites inside Bag of Crafting. It's too low level, and I do not think we're ever getting proper API support for it either.

I love this idea mainly because Curse of the Blind is the only curse that good game knowledge and sense cannot play around.

Gotta agree with Agitatio, it would be nice for it to work for alt-path items too.
Could always make it a togglable option?
